an outlet…

My husband suggested I start a blog.  He thought it would be a good outlet for me since, as he pointed out, most people don’t want to hear that their children are sentient human beings deserving of the same respect most parents think they themselves are entitled to.  Children are people??!??  *gasp*  Imagine that!  So, here is my outlet.  Anyone interested can hear me spout off about topics mainly related to children’s rights.  I’m not here to offend anyone.  So, if you don’t want to read what I have to say, don’t.  I won’t come up to you demanding to know what you thought about my latest blog.  However, if you find anything insightful and see me, I’d love to discuss it with you.
