solar art…

A couple of weeks ago we met with a bunch of other homeschooling families at a local park to do sun art projects. I had ordered supplies from Steve Spangler Science. I will do a little plug to say that their customer service was fantastic. We will definitely be ordering more supplies from them. I ordered nature sun print paper and color changing UV beads, along with some leather cording. The kids collected nature items from around the park to use with the UV reactive paper and used the UV reactive beads and leather cording to make sun bracelets. It was a huge hit! We had about 30 kids ages 11 and under and they all loved it. Of course, we also played at the park and had picnic lunches.
